Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting principles.
• Prepare and examine financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and bank reconciliations. Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• File GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances accurately and on time.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and expense management.
• Perform audits and ensure financial documents comply with regulations.
• Support the preparation of tax returns and coordination with auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies to management.
• Reconcile ledger accounts and bank statements monthly.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency in financial reporting.

हम एक मेहनती, ईमानदार और अनुभवशील एकाउंटेंट की तलाश में हैं, जो हमारी अकाउंटिंग टीम को सशक्त बनाए और सभी वित्तीय कार्यों को सटीकता से संभाले। उम्मीदवार को Tally, GST, इनवॉइसिंग, बैंक रीकन्सिलिएशन, और टैक्सेशन संबंधी कार्यों में अच्छी जानकारी होनी चाहिए।

प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

• दैनिक लेन-देन की एंट्री करना (Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or similar software)
• जीएसटी (GST) की रिटर्न्स तैयार करना और समय पर फाइल करना
• TDS की गणना और भुगतान
• बैंक रीकॉन्सिलिएशन (Bank Reconciliation Statement - BRS) तैयार करना
• इनवॉइस बनाना और उसका रिकॉर्ड रखना
• मासिक, त्रैमासिक और वार्षिक रिपोर्ट्स तैयार करना
• वेतन और भुगतान संबंधित खाता कार्यों को मैनेज करना
• स्टॉक व खर्च का लेखा-जोखा
• ऑडिट के लिए आवश्यक रिपोर्ट्स और दस्तावेज तैयार करना
• कंपनी के वित्तीय रिकॉर्ड को व्यवस्थित और सुरक्षित रखना
• वरिष्ठों को वित्तीय स्थिति की रिपोर्ट देना

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

• Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime या अन्य अकाउंटिंग सॉफ्टवेयर में दक्षता
